navigating life’s emotional and relational challenges. She holds a Master of Social Work
(MSW) and a PhD in Management, and is also a Certified Human Resources Leader
(CHRL).
Devanshi brings a warm, thoughtful approach to her work, creating a safe and
respectful space where clients can explore difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and
move toward greater clarity and wellbeing.
Devanshi works with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional
overwhelm, as well as couples who may feel stuck in recurring conflicts, communication
breakdowns, or emotional disconnection. She has a particular understanding of the pressures
faced by dual-career and high-achieving professionals, and how career demands, parenting,
and life transitions can quietly affect personal wellbeing and relationships.
Her therapeutic work is grounded in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and she has
completed Levels 1 and 2 training in the Gottman Method. She also integrates Cognitive
Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a strengths-based, collaborative approach to help clients
build healthier communication patterns, develop coping strategies, and reconnect with their
inner resilience and with each other.
Before transitioning fully into clinical practice, Devanshi spent over a decade in academic
leadership and management, supporting students and professionals with career development
and life transitions. This experience informs her understanding of the complex emotional and
relational challenges people face while balancing ambition, responsibility, and personal life.
Outside of her work, Devanshi enjoys dancing, travelling, and spending time with her family.
She believes that meaningful change begins when people feel heard, supported, and
empowered to take small but important steps toward a more fulfilling life and stronger
relationships.
